Dehradun / New Delhi A helicopter carrying pilgrims crashed in Badrinath on Saturday morning. Incident happened after taking off the helicopter. According to the news agency, an official of DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) in Delhi said that a crew member died in the accident. Both pilots have also suffered some injuries.
- Chamoli Superintendent of Police Satish Bhat told that the engineer's neck was cut from the rotor blade, which led to his death.

Helicopter was going to Haridwar
- DGCA official said that Agasta 119 helicopter was owned by Mumbai's private company Crystal Aviation. The helicopter took off at 7:45 a.m.
- The helicopter was going from Badrinath to Haridwar.
